Let’s celebrate the holidays together!

Texas National Guard Youth, Volunteers, and Family Support Services will be hosting a Texas Youth Military Holiday Party.

This is a casual, fun event where you can meet some of your military neighbors and find out what services are available in the Houston area.

Holiday shopping is a major expense for military families on a budget or going through a financial hardship. During this season we would like to make 100 military youth feel extra special!

Registration open from Oct. 5, 2012 to Oct 19, 2012

Registration Requests:
 Must be present to pickup bike on December 15, 2012 area (Ellington Field)
 Good standing with Command / Unit
 Register between October 5, 2012 to October 19, 2012
 Child / Children name will be randomly selected
 Please send and email with:
 Subject title: Last name, bike giveaway

1. Service member’s name, rank, unit, and branch of military
2. Telephone number
3. Child’s name , age and gender
4. Number of family members attending holiday party for the bike give away
5. A brief summery of 300 words or less on how receiving a new bike this Christmas would help during the holiday.

Holiday Party can only accommodate 100 children with their families: Email will be sent out by October 22, 2012 for the child/children that will be selected to attend the holiday party.
